Investors & Partners Network (IPN)
Developing over time and establishing an Investors & Partners Network (IPN) by Investocom SA came at a pick as project developers/owners do not always have the necessary knowledge, networks or capabilities to access investors and financiers that may be interested in projects, or sufficient knowledge of project characteristics of investors’ interest. The IPN is aimed at gaining both upstream and downstream direct access to:
- A pool of global and regional investors, financiers, markets, partners with
- All types of available funding resources, mechanisms and instruments;
- Relevant, viable, profitable an fundable projects and development programmes; and
- Project developers and entrepreneurs, technology providers, decisions makers.
The IPN Network is an exclusive network of over a hundred global and regional investors, financial institutions, capital markets, partners and high net worth individuals from, but not excluded to, Western Europe, Middle East, Asia and African countries as well as Australia, Canada and USA. Other Funding partners outside the IPN include reputable African and Overseas Finance Houses, Investment Funds, Angel Investors, Development and Commercial Banks as well as Venture capitals.Together, they represent all classes of funding resources, mechanisms and instruments including debt, private equity, public finance/loan and grants.
After pre-screeningclients submitted projects by the Sector & Investment Experts Panel (SIEP), Investocom SA can quickly identify good fit or relevant node (or group of nodes)within the IPN Network for the project and help develop the financial support for implementation.Our Investors & Partners Network members supplement the Sector & Investment Experts’ expertise of successfully internationalising businesses, market knowledge and providing ground assistance to the investee SPVs.
