Submitting a project
Submitting a project seeking Pre-investment funding, Finance, Equity Capital, Technology or Partnerships to Investocom SA should contain the following information for review or/and underwriting:
FUNDING REQUEST FORM
- A 2-page form with project main highlights to download, fill-in and re-send back to Investocom SA
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
- A 1-2 page summary of the elements of the financing request as detailed below
PROJECT DESCRIPTION
- Location – location map, and site map
- Site description –size, zoning, access, adjacent uses
- Project description – use, square footage, physical description, i.e., latitude, materials, amenities, timing
MARKET ANALYSIS
- Current demand and supply conditions
- Market support and comparable for income, expenditure, and absorption/off-take assumptions
FINANCIAL DATA
- Development budget
- cash flow projection
- Absorption/off-take schedule
- Income and expenditure projections
- Schedule of anticipated sources of funds (developers equity, primary loan, Investocom SA financing, tax credits, etc.)
DEVELOPER INFORMATION
- Project team (designer, developer, technology provider, raw materials, projectmanager, contractor)
- Project Developer profile and qualifications including portfolio of previous projects
- Finance references
- Project Developer/Guarantor financial statements
- Schedule of debt on other projects (Project name, Finance/Investment amount, Investor/Financier, Finance terms, interest rate, recourse/non-recourse)
